Rotary Bangalore Midtown continued its commitment to community welfare by organizing a Dental Health Camp on 12th November 2025 at LR Nagar slum, in association with RV Dental College. The camp focused on improving oral health among children from underprivileged families—an area often neglected due to lack of awareness, affordability, and access to qualified dental care.

A total of 133 children participated in the camp, receiving free dental screening, basic treatments, and preventive care education. A dedicated team of dentists, interns, and volunteers from RV Dental College ensured smooth operations and active engagement from children living in the neighbourhood and nearby government schools.

Key services included comprehensive dental examinations, teeth cleaning, fluoride applications, and minor restorative procedures. The camp also emphasized oral hygiene awareness through interactive demonstrations and counselling for children and parents. Those requiring advanced treatment were referred to RV Dental College, where they will receive further care at a 50% concession. This initiative not only addressed immediate dental concerns but also encouraged healthier long-term oral care habits within the community.
